OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the order placed. Special orders and customized orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS! You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for items fitting into your premises (including all accessibility and entrances) and for any customization in design, upholstery, or stain colors. Be certain the color you order is the color you desire. In the case of entertainment cabinets, you are responsible for your television and electronic devices or gadgets fitting in the provided openings.
Cancellations are not permissible for Solid Wood furniture orders. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders that contain products.
OUR RETURN POLICY
At trueliving.in, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. Before shipment, we carefully inspect your order which passes a high standard quality check. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. There is no return available on all the products reflected under the Furniture category.
We take responsibility for any kind of quality concern or damages that may happen during the shipment. If you are dissatisfied with the order, you just need to notify us within 24 Hrs of the delivery of the product. Your grievance will certainly be redressed in the best possible manner. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide unique, world-class quality products that are masterfully crafted. Returns and refunds are considered only at the discretion of trueliving.in. All return delivery, shipping, or postal charges are paid by the customer regardless of the size of the item. The return of discounted items is not permissible.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days after the purchase in case of certain uncontrollable circumstances where you may face the following issues:
- If the delivered product is broken completely.
- In case you receive the wrong product.
- In case the product may not be delivered to you.
Products/Items should be UNUSED. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
HOW TO RETURN?
Please let us know within 24 hours by phone or email and share with us the following information:
- Digital snapshots of the damaged product and also the packaging/ boxes.
- Share the reason for the return.
- Any additional details that may help us better understand the problem are also welcome.
- Pack the unused products in its original packing and deliver it back to us. The Return Shipping Cost will be borne by the Buyer and is Non-Claimable.
The product should be unused in all circumstances & the returned package should be in its original packing with all the requisite invoice details attached.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND CONDITIONS
- No refund request and claim will be accepted in case of partially damaged items and repairable items. Only the repair cost will be refunded. No Full Refund will be initiated.
- In case the item is lost in transit, a full refund is issued or a new order is placed.
- In case you ordered “A” product and received “B” product, a replacement will be provided after an investigation with the shipping company.
- If delivery is late due to customized product issues, no refund will be given and return will be accepted.
- Under certain conditions, return shipping will be borne by the buyer and that is non-claimable.
- No refunds or returns are permissible in case of customized/bespoke orders as they are shipped only after receiving customer's confirmation on the Email.

PROCESS OF REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
The process of Refund will be done as per banking systems. We Usually initiate The refunds In 7 working days. After approval of the Investigation Team and Insurance Company, the refund will be initiated. A full refund will not be accepted. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the orders. For orders placed through Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupon of RSP CONCEPTS, no refund will be given.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refunds period includes time taken to complete the refunds process by trueliving.in, but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers.
